Steve started Integrity Lighting in the fall of 1997 after having years of experience in the business.  Over the past 20 years, under his leadership, Integrity has grown from a small business located in his garage, to a full scale production company.  While Integrity offers sound and video services, his passion is lighting.   In effort to concentrate on design, he started SNL Designs.  Steve has designed from small to large, from corporate events, church programs and large venue tours.
Today Steve’s son, Carter Nance, is a designer and programmer along side of Steve.
